Your images are professionally edited for clean, consistent color, lighting, and presentation. Your finished high-resolution and MLS-ready images are delivered through a private online gallery within 24–48 hours.

No. You do not need to be present during the session. As long as access to the property has been arranged in advance through a key, lockbox, property manager, or another approved entry method, I can photograph the property while it is vacant.
The property should be clean, tidy, and photo-ready before I arrive. Please remove clutter, open blinds or curtains, turn on lights, make beds, clear countertops, and make sure exterior areas are presentable. I’ll take care of photographing the property at its best, but major cleaning, staging, or moving furniture should be completed beforehand.
Yes. Aerial drone photography is available for properties where conditions and location allow. Drone images can showcase the property, surrounding land, neighborhood, and nearby features from a unique perspective. All aerial photography is subject to weather, airspace, and flight restrictions.
I provide property photography throughout Savannah, Tybee Island, Hilton Head Island, and surrounding areas of the Georgia and South Carolina Lowcountry. If your property is located outside these areas, feel free to reach out to discuss availability and possible travel.
No problem. Properties larger than 4,500 square feet can be accommodated with custom pricing based on the size of the property and the coverage needed. Reach out with the property details and I’ll provide a custom quote.
If weather conditions would negatively affect the quality of your photos, we can reschedule for a better time. Aerial drone and twilight photography may also need to be adjusted due to rain, high winds, poor visibility, or other unsafe conditions.
Your finished images can be used to market the photographed property across MLS listings, real estate websites, social media, vacation rental platforms, and other approved marketing channels. Copyright remains with Raymond Karapetian Photography, and the images may not be resold, transferred, or used to market another property without permission.
Short-form video and social media content, including Reels and Stories, is primarily filmed using an iPhone 17 for high-quality, mobile-friendly content.
Footage may be captured vertically or horizontally depending on how you plan to use it. Professional camera and drone footage may also be incorporated when included in your selected service.
